We hired John Whitaker to do the plumbing, hvac and wiring on a metal building project. The project was delayed which set John back and crowded his schedule. ( our metal builders fault, not John's). We had issues then getting John on the job. John would screen calls and not return calls for over a week sometimes. Once John got on the job site he did good work. When the project was wrapping up John was missing some various parts he needed to finish the job. We paid John in full and John assured us he would get the parts, return and finish his work.
