I found my sewer line had broke. That was on a Tuesday. My wife called Gray Wolf and they said they could get to it by Friday. They came out when they said they would, and fixed the broken line during a frigid ice and rainstorm, and at a very reasonable cost. The work was done well, and they cleaned up when they left.
I also got a previous bid from them on a different job. They were the first to respond to the bid request and the first to show up to give an estimate. I hired someone else who was more available at the time, but I like the way Gray Wolf does business. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. I have used their services both commercially and personally and can honestly say I’ve never had a better customer service experience from start to finish. They are professional, honest and efficient. We used them for our company for a while until an invoice got forgotten. We had normally paid that day or maybe a day after service was done but this particular time, it got lost among the change of hands. They neglected to say anything for six months, and it went forgotten, as we assumed it had been taken care of (there were several people who were paying for things) then recently, they called to say it was unpaid. I thought it was odd, as first of all, I had no recollection of the service they said they provided, but that it had gone for so long unpiad. Either way, 500 some odd dollars, no big
