Our business was established in 1991 in Washington County, Tn. This same year we purchased an HVAC business and sheet metal shop equipment and moved it to our location. We moved our business to Greene County, TN in 2001, which is still our present location at 5999 Erwin Highway, Chuckey, TN. Our business is family owned and operated.

Lamb's Heating and Air replaced my old heat pump in 2012 with a new Trane Heat Pump. Mr. Lamb was much more reasonable on cost for the new unit. The removal and install took one day and there were no problems! The only issues I've had with the system were due to bad design by Trane on a control board. Lamb's took care of the issue as soon as they got the new part from Texas. They have been great to deal with and honest!! I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!!

I dont usually leave reviews. In fact this is the first one ever. I feel obligated though to say what a great experience I had with Greg the tech at lamb's. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and replaced the faulty parts and checked out the rest of my system quickly and efficiently. I was worried that with such professionalism it was going to be expensive but was surprised to find out how affordable it ended up being. Great Co. to have employees like Greg. I would highly recommend Lambs. They could not have done a better job.

Had a new heat pump installed in an old farmhouse and Lamb's did an excellent job. Seem like a very knowledgeable and professional company. They also installed a system for my mother a few years ago and did a great job with hers as well. I'm very pleased and a lot cooler today thank to Lamb's Heating and Air.

We had an issue with a 2 year old heat pump around 730 pm. Our heat wasn't on and our emergency heat wasn't working. We called lamb heat and air and the after hours message gave a phone number for emergencies. We called the emergency line with no answer and left a message. The gentleman texted us and said to put our emergency heat on and he would call us tomorrow. We text him back and stated that the emergency heat wasn't working either, he proceeded to call us at this point. When talking on the phone he said we probably had a motor out, my husband then asked if there was any switches

Very unprofessional people. It took them a month to "make" the time to come out to put in an HVAC unit then waited until the day before to get the permit from the electrical company and because of that we had to wait another two weeks. Then when they finally made it out to my home they damaged a magnolia tree that I am very fond of, twice, by pulling their truck under it when it was obvious it was not going to fit. Then after they hooked up the HVAC and new electrical panel we noticed that our oven and one of our downstairs overhead lights no longer worked. We have some problems with our electrical

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. We installed a $13,000 system that was a zoned between two floors and it was not installed correctly nor was it able to be serviced by any person that worked for Lamb's Heating & Air. They installed the system and left town the next day to stay out of town for two weeks and was not able to send anyone to the house that was being steamed out by the summer weather. We had to call Carrier directly for them to send out a specialist who came out to tell us that the duct work that was put in needed to be redone. Needless to say, the entire
