This is an awesome company. I just relocated to Johnson city from SC. The employees of this company are like an extended family. We have had two different companies come out to fix the same problem that has been ongoing for over two years. These guys had it fixed in about 3 1/2 hrs. So thankful! We have been burning up this summer and now I’m freezing lol!! Thank you guys for being professional and good at what you do! Also the receptionist is probably the nicest lady I’ve ever spoken to. I will only have them service out ac/ heat!

Woke up this morning to find the house was a little bit cooler than I wanted it to be. Tried to turn the heat on, and it was a no go. Finally realized it was beyond my pay grade, and after calling 2 other companies that just flat out didn’t answer, called Majestic Air (third times a charm they say). Scheduled a visit for the day after this writing, but the Lord was with me, and they fit me in today. Arrived promptly, fixed the problem relatively easy (for the workman and my checkbook), and explained the issue, and answered any/all questions that I threw at him. Would definitely recommend. Very

Nothing but praise for Majestic Air. My AC went out on a weekend and, although they weren't the only one called, they were the only one to return my call. They advised me that weekend rates were more expensive and asked if I could wait till Monday. Their crew showed up on time and went right to work solving my problem. They were knowledgeable on my particular model and explained what they were doing throughout the process. They identified the fault and had me up running in a short time. I have suffered all weekend when my A/C unit broke down. It was never below 89 in my condo. After several calls to other companies, someone recommended Majestic to me. After explaining that I would not be able to be home for the service due to work, the company worked with me. They sent out a technician and immediately diagnosed the problem. The lady that answered the phone was super helpful and sympathetic to my problem. Mike the technician had me operational within 30 minutes. This company is truly a God send to me! If you need HVAC work, do not hesitate to contact them. I honestly cannot say

I rarely give 5 stars but they earned it. We have used them several times. They are prompt, courteous, and professional.
We use them for annual system maintenance, inspection and repairs. Blower Motors, coils, leaks, condensation pumps, etc. It doesn't matter they will fix it. In the past have saved me some money by searching the warranty and finding the part was covered.
We used them to modify my original system to correct design issues from the original HVAC installer. I wish they could have done the original install.

They are wonderful. They put in ours years ago and my mother's went out unexpectedly. We called them and they were there. My mother has memory issues and they handled everything perfectly. They worked around our schedule to make sure we were there with her. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks guys !
