I do not recommend this company. They cleaned carpet in two bedrooms and a 10x10 bound carpet in an office. When the bound carpet dried, there were bleach like stains and mottled areas. I called the company the following day to say I was not satisfied with the service; someone was supposed to come look at it but never showed. I suspected there wasn’t going to be a satisfactory resolution when their office said they wouldn’t schedule a specific time on a problem like this, that someone would arrive within a four hour time frame. Needless to say I waited on the appointed day and no one came.

We recently used Mountainview Chem-Dry to clean two couches and two chairs. The technician explained the processes and pricing and took a great deal of time meticulously cleaning each piece. All four pieces look very refreshed and nearly new again. I am very pleased with the results and our technician, who was very pleasant!!!

I had the best experience with Caleb at Chem-Dry!! He worked so diligently and professionally to help me resolve my problems. He patiently answered all my questions and assured me that he’d return at no charge if the stains persisted. I was so very impressed and will absolutely call them in the future. I had issues with my dryer not dying on the first cycle so I called the GE repair service…get another opinion. After replacing both units with New and Improved models I still had similar issues. A friend recommended Chem Dry for dryer vent cleaning, worked like a champ so counting bought a new washer and dryer and the reasonable cost of having Chem Dry come out… it only cost me a little over $2600.00 to get my dryer vent cleaned… should have called Chem Dry first. Highly recommend this company
