Through the 90s sponge painting and rag-rolling was emerging as an alternative to wallpaper. I started making my own finishes and showing customers decorating ideas. I sought education on new products and became certified to work with high quality faux finishes. In 2000 I opened a faux finishing school in Fox River Grove, and became a master instructor for professionals and homeowners.
