I would highly recommend Hardwood Outlet to anyone thinking of adding hardwood flooring to their home. They tore out all the old carpets in our home and replaced them all with beautiful, natural, oak flooring. We visited a number of other flooring places and the beauty of the wood could not come close to what we received from Hardwood Outlet. Oz and Levent were personable, professional and highly knowledgeable from start to finish. The schedule they created was flawless and they kept all their promises. Really knowledgeable folks with good sized inventory of flooring. They take care of helping you choose appropriate materials, measuring, delivery,& installation. It’s all one contact person & everything is scheduled in an easy, timely manner. Not like the big box stores! The closing date for our new home kept being adjusted and they were very accommodating with the flooring delivery and installation times. Oz and Levent were wonderful to work with, we will be recommending them to any friends and family that need flooring services in the future!

Aside from the amazing and professional install, Levent and team are committed to customer service.
We installed roughly 1600sq ft of hardwoods in our house. Shortly after the install, we noticed a few boards… had been popping up.
It turns out we had severe humidity issues in our house.
It took us a year to finally figure out how to maintain the proper humidity levels in our house. During that year Levent went above and beyond to help us try and figure it out.
He even repaired and installed new boards where needed for us. Even though it wasn't his fault or a manufactures defect!
