I usually never write reviews but Scott from Palmers has to be one of the best out there in this field. Super-smart and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure everything was up to his standards and also took time to explain to me what all he did. On top of all that, he was very affordable. Don't waste your money or time on anyone else.

The technician only looked at our unit and within five minutes told me he would not touch the part of the unit in the crawl space of my house. He said it wasn’t installed correctly. It’s been that way for 23 years since the house was built. Tell me the truth, the technician was heavyset and could not make it through the access door or the crawl space. Send someone capable of doing the work. Don’t waste my time.
