My 21 year old HVAC system needed replacing. Comfort Specialist Mike thoroughly assessed my home to determine the best system for me. He explained all of my options in detail and answered all of my questions. Four days later, Stephen and Andres arrived to install my new system. Life Savers!! My elderly parent's AC stopped working after hours. I called Cool Breeze and they immediately loaned us a window unit to use until the AC could get fixed. My mom, who is non-ambulatory, was getting sick from the heat so we really appreciate how quickly they responded and offered to do what they could to help us out.

My husband and I have had problems with our HVAC system every since we purchased our home in 2004. Because we had purchased a home warranty we have had to use that service every winter for our heating and every summer for our a/c problems. Thank goodness we found Cool Breeze 1250 H&C!
