Yesterday All Year replaced our old air ducts, sanitized and added a UV light. Today, I am not sneezing for the first time in months and I will be lowering the temperature on the furnace because the air flow is so good the house is heating evenly. Thank you, Alex and all the crew.

We have used All Year for a couple of major jobs. They replaced our main house unit a few years back. This year we had them do a split unit in our sunroom. Jason was courteous and knowledgeable. The crew that came and did the work were professional and friendly. They took care of any issues promptly.

We have been using ALL YEAR COOLING since about the late 90s For our heating and cooling needs. Everyone at this company has been extremely nice,very helpful and our experience with them has been excellent. Their prices I feel are reasonable and, their advice has been spot on. Their installers are very courteous and always ready to answer any… questions we’ve had. They always seem to have our best interest at heart.

We were referred to All-Year by a friend. And it was a great referral. During the estimate process we kept running into people that had used them and all of the comments were positive. We were highly impressed from start to finish.
During the estimate phase Lynn was very informative and answered all our questions. And we had a lot! The installers were great. They were here when they said they would be. They were friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. By the time our job was finished we felt more like we had gained friends, not just a new HVAC company. Highly recommend them

Alex called me to let me know he was 20 minutes away from my home. When he arrived he serviced my AC unit and gave me a detailed report of what he did and that I needed a couple of parts replaced. He set up a time when he would come back and replace them. Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

I was scheduled for a service call today. Alex called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and courteous. I have been with all year cooling and heating for many years and because of the way they have treated me as a customer I recently referred them to a friend, who also was very pleased with their service call . I've had positive experiences with both the consultation and installation of my A/C unit. Jason as a sales rep was not pushy and clearly explained the costs and different options I had. Steven and the installation crew showed up when promised and made quick work to get my new system in place. I recently moved back to this area and have had a hard time finding quality service companies. My AC quit on me in July! All Year was quick to come out and give me an estimate. They explained things to me to help me understand my options. I had a second quote, and while both estimates were essentially the same, All Year got the job and I was very happy with the decision. They worked in my installation as soon as they could, and the install team was very careful in my house. I highly recommend them.

Omgoodness…less than 24 hours ago I felt hot air coming out of our air conditioning vents. Kay snd Stan Dunman gave me ALL YEAR heating and cooling and within the hour they were here and by 2:00 next day brand new unit and the most awesome TEAM -Steve, Jack and Josh just drove off! Amazing Turn around time and truly good people to work with! Only air and heat guys to call! The Best!

Josh came out on a Wednesday to service my system which wasn’t cooling. 32 years old and was needing to be replaced for the last 3 years. By Friday, he was at my house installing a new Trane system. Absolutely impressed with the response, quality of install and price. Not much more than I was being quoted for an lesser quality system. They are the best! And I’m tracking 30% less power use already! Love it!
I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Triad needing service or replacement. My new go to guys!
