Our oil furnace went out last year and we hired Edwards to install a heat pump. We've been on a service contract with them. We did have a few hiccups in the beginning in that the heat pump is in the crawl space under our house and there is moisture, and we've never owned a heat pump before. Edwards has been amazing. They didn't give up on us. Working with them and following their advice on things we needed to do helped make sure the heat pump runs right. Whenever we've had an issue, they have always promptly responded. They have just been amazing. It's been a year now and we are very happy customers

Called for seasonal service check for our HVAC equipment. Tech showed up without the proper supplies (as in filters for the return units) stated didn't have the filters with him - I stated "That's what you're HERE FOR". He then told me he would have to reschedule to change the filter and that would be another trip charge of $126.00 along with the cost of the filter at $104.00 when I asked why the filter was SO EXPENSIVE - He stated: "I could get the filter at Lowe's for $25-$30 and change it myself". If you need the job done right, call Edwards. We have used this company in two different homes and they always do an excellent job. We bought a house and moved in last November. We started experiencing issues with the HVAC in January and had extremely high power bills. The techs from Edwards diagnosed our issue accurately, and expediently replaced the leaking evaporator coil within two days. Edwards has been helping us get our old hvac duel oil furnace system in our new home up to snuff. They were always on time, courteous and super friendly. Adam went above and beyond to ensure correct diagnosis and did a great job installing new parts and a new thermostat. After repair he even sat out outside in the cold morning air for a good bit with our unit to make sure everything was running properly. We were contracted out to them via our 2-10 home warranty and I have to say, I am so relieved and happy with their contractor choice.

I was referred to Edward by my home warranty company. I put in a claim last night and by 11am there was a technician at my home. Adam the technician was nice and informative. He was covid compliant he went over and beyond to make sure he got the part to fix my unit. I was very pleased with his work. I will make sure I request Edwards the next time I need service.

Kyle came out to do a repair on our heat furnace that was not working after the summer and warm fall temperatures. He did a marvelous job quickly diagnosing what was causing the computer not to turn the gas burners on and engage the blowers. He proactively worked on the part and communicated very effectively with me in terms I could understand what the problem was. As a courtesy and sign of his professional dedication to excellence, he looked around to ensure there were not other issues needing attention while he was in the crawlspace. Used through our home warranty. Waited a week for ac to be fixed. Technician said it will take awhile for it to cool down....never did as it wasn't fixed. We will be asking for refund and reporting to warranty company. Will not use again.

A water drip in the ceiling can ruin your day. Edwards was great from the start and finish of the service call. They know what they're doing once you get them there. We had our heat go out 4 times in a two month period. Each time on a weekend. Each time we had to leave a message. They did call back quickly but they could never come out until the next weekday. One time the guy said his truck wasn't running! Another time he said he couldn't get into the office for parts. The 4th time, they never even called until Tuesday after the 3 day New Year's weekend when our temps were in the single digits. 4 years ago I moved into a 20 year old home with original heatpumps. Needless to say, I knew that eventually the day(s) would come for repairs and replacement of existing equipment. Having the good fortune of purchasing the home with a warranty in place, when the downstairs compressor failed, the business that was sent out happened to be Edward's heating and Air conditioning. Having a home warranty is a good thing...the only hard part is that you don't know or get to choose who you will get to service your equipment. Our heater wasn't working correctly and after a huge electric bill, I called in a claim. Within 10 minutes, Joe of Edwards Heating and Air Conditioning called to set up an appointment. John from Edwards came out to fix our furnace after another company gave up trying. He got it working again quickly. He was kind, polite and friendly. He took the time to explain to me what he needed to do for repairs. Once it was working again, he did a carbon monoxide test and found that there was a leak. He ordered a new heat exchanger immediately and the staff at Edwards got the part covered under warranty, which is incredible since our furnace is almost 20 years old.
