It was so nice to see a familiar face (Lee Ratcliff) this morning when Pilot Air came to do some work on the ole house!! Lee is one of the original guys that installed our Trane System in 2006. I have bought several heat pumps from Pilot Air and have never been let down .My latest purchase was Mini Split unit .Initially had some issues with it .They sent their technician out several times till problem was solved which was new thermostat . Would recommend these guys to anyone !

Worst experience of my life hiring them! They have no clue what they are doing, owner Kevin would NOT come out and see for himself the problem we were having, they are liars, just an all around terrible, awful company!! Kevin always has excuses...read the Google reviews!! Tricked us into changing out duct work when it did not need it, hence more money for them. Do not use them! They will pay for what they did to us in the final judgment and honestly, I don't know how they sleep at night. I spit the words Pilot Air out of my mouth! And good riddance to them. Negative 100 stars!

I've been a customer of Pilot Air for 8+ years and a service agreement customer for many of those. I have a relatively old oil furnace and AC heat pump. They've been at my house very late at night and on weekend several times getting my furnace or AC up an running. As a service agreement member, they come out 2x a year and crawl in my nasty crawlspace to service my equipment (check it over, clean and change filters). I've never felt like they were fixing anything that didn't need to be fixed and feel comfortable in their service.

The owner of this company is vindictive,rude and does not promptly return calls. I installed a trane unit from his 9 years ago and basically it ran for fine. A FEW months ago I had as issue and Pilot air charged me a service call to look my unit over. The price to fix was 500 dollars, they never even looked at the unit in the attic. I called when house continued to not cool properly, and only when my daughter called did the owner answer. When she said she would call BBB he finally called. He has since called my daughters place of employment to try and punish her when this was a private matter.
