Very knowledgeable and efficient. Family business and they were honest about our system and what yo expect going forward and saving for a new system. Gave us a 15 minute window and came right on time. Great call back time and got us in the same week! Very impressed will use them again!

I was so pleased with the service I received. These guys are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what needed to be done. I have had heating issues for YEARS. They came in and fixed the issue and I haven’t had any problems since then. Thank you Colt’s Cooling!!!

I haven’t used their services, but I definitely will if I’m ever in need of them. I left my lights on in the Publix parking lot and George was amazing and super helpful and took the time to help me get my car running again. Considering he didn’t even have jumper cables and still managed to get it running, I’m absolutely sure he could fix any issues you may face. We just got our downstairs HVAC replaced with new Trane units. Installation was on-time, professional, and high-quality. The price was right around what I expected to pay, even a bit less than I thought given that we had to go with a larger outdoor unit.
We've tried some of the other "big name" HVAC companies in the area; their high-starred reviews are undeserved. I'm weary of all service companies, but Colt's Cooling is one of the rare finds. They are now our "go-to" for all HVAC needs moving forward.

Colts Cooling are just what you would want as an American Patriot. These people are down to earth honest and wholesome family oriented people honest and fair. They went out of their way to accommodate me and went above and beyond, truly. This being the first review I have ever written to any service provider may speak to my experience with them. If all I had to rate them on was character alone I would have written this review but the manner and quality of the work they provided me I would recommend anyone looking for honest veteran, law enforcement and just all American supporting business this

After years of trying to heat my house with kerosene heaters, Colts has made my house nice and warm with a new heating system and an AC for the hot Summer months instead of a window unit. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. Felt sorry for the guys who had to belly crawl through my dark, dirty, cobweb filled crawlspace but, they did a fine job. Great to have Colts Cooling just up the street and ready to provide service!

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Colt's Cooling, Inc. (in Lewisville) for helping us out. We had a particularly tricky job in our finished basement that George handled incredibly well because of his many years of expertise. We needed to have our ductwork re-done in a way that would raise our ceiling up higher so people won't hit their heads on it. George had the ductwork custom made to fit our needs and did so at a VERY reasonable price! We were having an I-beam put in at the same time and George collaborated beautifully with our contractor since they had to work around each other

I was truly impressed by this company's knowledge and professionalism. Colt's Cooling is a family-run business and they pride themselves on speedy, thorough, and expert service. Most importantly, however, is that they are honest. I had a tech from a big, well-known Winston-Salem HVAC company come to my house and tell me I needed either a new AC system or a $2,200 part. I called Colt's Cooling and George, the owner, come by the very same day, took a look at my unit, and told me all I needed was an $84 part.
