We had our downstairs A/C replaced with a high efficiency unit. After the first week, the A/C quit working. The technician came out and replaced a part. We were told that this was normal/to be expected on new systems. A week later, we started hearing a very loud "whining" type noise. When looking in the crawl space, we noticed an unusually high amount of condensation. A different technician came out to address the issues. In the end, he said the condensation was not "their issue" and to not call back about the condensation. The technician said this was common in "older
