We called Samuel on 7/31 (a Saturday), and within twenty minutes Samuel had called back and was on his way to our residence to fix our air conditioner. Within an hour of my initial call, Samuel had arrived, diagnosed, and repaired the issue. 5 stars!!

So thankful that Sam came out on such short notice! Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly so my husband called Brawley Mechanical on Tuesday late afternoon and Sam was at our home the next day and had it running! Very appreciative to him and his professional service!!

We needed an additional unit to cool and heat the upstairs. Sam came the day after we called him for an estimate and was less expensive than our other quotes The installation was done in one day and he saved us money by using existing ducts. He was honest, trustworthy, and efficient. We definitely recommend Brawley Mechanical for all our HVAC needs.

As an engineer and a person who does the majority of work on our home, I can be fairly particular when it comes to hiring out other people to do work for us. Sam has impressed me since I first contacted him about servicing our units last summer. He recently just replaced both of our units and I cannot say enough good things about the work that he did. He has a combination of knowledge, attention to detail and work ethic that is hard to come by these days. I would easily recommend him to anyone who was looking to have some HVAC repairs/maintenance performed on their home.

I can't say enough good things about our experience(s) with Brawley Mechanical. Less than a year ago (in May or June) our upstairs heat pump froze up, again. I asked on FB for recommendations and Brawley Mechanical was one of them. It was a Saturday evening and we were headed home from the lake and he offered to come that night.
He arrived just when he said he would and was very friendly, honest and helpful. He patched the problem and charged a fair price.
We.asked for a quote for replacement because both units were 20 years old. We didn't replace at that time. Fast forward to January, the downstairs

As a mechanical engineer, I am particular about who works on my home heating and cooling systems. Brawley mechanical replaced a failed second story heat pump in my home. The system had lasted 12 years, but would have run much longer if it had been properly installed. Sam Brawley identified numerous mistakes made in the initial installation (incorrectly sized unit, insufficient return air ducts, wrong thermostat location). I knew about most of the problems, so the evaluation demonstrated their technical competence to me. They were able to correct the problems

Fantastic. Contacted Brawley Mechanical one evening about our AC, offered to come immediately. We had them come the next day and he was able to break down the issues for us and provide great options for solutions. Brawley Mechanical replaced a heat pump for me recently. They impressed me with their knowledge, workmanship, and responsiveness. The price was reasonable, especially for Lennox equipment. There was no pressure to up sell me on things I didn't need, just a really good installation that works.
