Our heatpump failed Jeff came out and looked at our system and quoted us a new system due to our old one was 25 years old. He also looked at our duct work and suggested improvements that would make the new unit more efficient. We decided to get the new unit and do duct work. Two weeks later on a Saturday they had 3 guys at our house putting in the unit. They worked very hard in the rain and cold and respected us and our home. Done a AMAZING job and made sure that we was happy with the work done and answered all our question before they left. Would highly recommended Custom Heating and Cooling to

These people were professional the entire time. I called them out for a repair that turned into a replacement. They were a tiny bit higher in price but they bent over backwards to restore AC in the summer as quickly as possible including giving us a loaner window unit. Would 100% recommend. Especially Jeff.

I recommend them due to there word, honesty, their timely matter, their excellent professionalism, cleanliness, social behavior and manners, their answers to all my ridiculous questions, their knowledge of what they do and what they did, customer satisfaction and service. couldn't ask for a better team to do a full install of a heat pump and ac unit. Jeff was fantastic! He not only cleaned the unit up but he also took all kinds of readings & then made a couple adjustments on tubing that had started to rub against the metal cabinet preventing possible future Freon leak.
Jeff performed a very detailed maintenance. Two thumb up!

I am actually posting a review for my parents, John & Dorothy Williams. They were so pleased with the overall service they received they asked me to submit a review. My mom said Jeff and James that completed the heating unit installation were very knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous. My parents felt they were thorough during this entire process.
