Two very nice repairmen came to do the initial report on the problem with a heat pump; they said they would notify the business owner to contact us & come by to look at the job & give us a quote on the repair cost. After a few days, I called the office & was told he would return my call; the next day I called & left a message for him to call; the following day I spoke with a lady there & she again told me he would call me. I ask to have an appointment scheduled but she never would do that….. always said he would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago & no return call. Very poor business!

My Nephew who also owns a HVAC business in Charlotte area recommended Chuck Billings to come out and see about installing Heat and Air in my Newly purchased home! He did come and it was obvious he was not to excited about doing the work! He said he would get back to me! It’s been almost a month and nothing! He obviously never had any intention on helping me get heat before winter bears down, or for that matter ever! He obviously only caters to the more affluent customers! I can understand that he only wants jobs where he can make more money but why the dishonesty and just plain elitist behavior

I called this morning when the A/C failed. I expected at least a three day wait. I was totally taken aback when I was confirmed with a 1 o'clock appointment for the same day. The Technician arrived exactly at 1 o'clock an was very professional, not just in his actions, but his appearance as well. I expected a few hundred dollars and was surprised the the total cost was less than one hundred dollars. I called for my dad Richard Williams and he too is incredibly happy. We highly recommend Billings Heating and Cooling, and they will be the only call we make in the future.
