We used Associated Heating and AC for our 2 ton unit and they did a great job. Our 13 year old 1.5 ton unit that we got from Associated had been leaking for a few years. We called Associated again as we knew we would get a good price and professional service. Brad came out as scheduled and worked with us on a few proposals. Thanks for the patience. The install crew was great, arrived on time no mess and very neat work.

We have had Associated Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and work on our heat pumps several times over the years that we have lived here. From the time they came to evaluate and give us their proposal to replace my 20 year old system until it was finally installed, Associated’s team was professional and efficient! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience after my old system went out. The crew that came on time this morning were great, and finished the job in just 4 hours! Associated Heating and Air Conditioning did the work to completely replace the heating and air conditioning system as well as replacing the duct work and vents for our church parsonage (Little Rock Baptist Church, Boomer, NC). The crew that did the installation was professional and courteous. They communicated well with us so that we knew when they would be at the parsonage. Company not what they used to be. I have purchased two different new Trane units from Associated. When repairs were urgently needed Associated refuses to confirm date/time for a technician. They use ambiguous terms such as "you are on the list" , "it could possibly be tomorrow", but absolutely refuse to provide a day, date or time when they might show up if at all. They were very prompt to sell units totaling tens of thousands but once they drive away from installation, they do not know you.

They arrived right when they said they would, were courteous and helpful, answered all our questions, cleaned up the area, were knowledgeable about the product, and really went the extra mile when installing the new unit.
