Repaired heat pump in multifamily building. I had 2 other HVAC services look at my unit, add freon and advise very expensive repairs. K & V ascertained the heat pump was "overcharged" with freon and removed some. It has worked flawlessly since.

Wow! I am a client for life! It said they were closed until tomorrow, so I called expecting to leave a voicemail and hoping for a callback the next day... But someone actually answered! Then I got a callback and they sent someone out... And my system was running again within a few hours! The technicians were so helpful, even teaching my husband how our new system works (we just moved here and we've never had a propane system before). I can't say enough amazing things about them. Our heat went out and when I called, I was told they were fully booked, but they worked to squeeze us in. They arrived on time. Found the problem quickly, and fixed it fast. In and out in less than an hour. Reasonably priced and professional they’re our new go-to!

These guys are great! We were told by another company we’d need to pay an insane amount of money to “fix” our 20 year old HVAC system and encouraged to replace the system instead. We got a second opinion from K&V and are so glad we did. They said the system appeared to be running fine and suggested a good cleaning and letting it run until it dies or problems arise. They came out and serviced it for a very reasonable rate. These people truly care about their customers and don’t try to upsell. We are very happy with their work.

Two installers came on time installed my split system heating and air. They were very professional and really neat, not making any mess.
Mark came and gave us a estimate, prior to the installation. Great guy and the lady up front in the office when we came in to inquire about there service and products, after our conversation with her I told my wife these are the people we want to do business with.

Ryan seemed very knowledgeable and wasn’t bothered by me asking him questions. He got the job done and helped me understand a little more about refrigeration, which I have always had an interest in. The price seemed reasonable although I can’t believe what refrigerant cost these days. Oh well. I will definitely be calling you guys again for all my HVAC needs. Thanks!
