JA & Sons did an excellent job removing part of our existing driveway, installing a picket fence, installing a stone border along the remaining driveway and laying sod where the driveway was removed. Joel, the owner of the company, and his assistant Stefanie communicated with us in a timely manner and kept us up to date as they waited for supplies to come in. The staff that came to our home to work were professional, hardworking and left our property in excellent condition at the end of each work day. Everyone was nice throughout the entire process from obtaining a quote, to e-mails and phone calls throughout the project, and even the team that came to the house to do the project. I can't say enough great things about JA & Sons! They are awesome. I recently had a retaining wall and fence replaced and I'm so happy I chose them for the job. From the beginning, Stephanie was responsive and kept me updated throughout. Joel was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything at the estimate. Joel Agulara, the owner of the company, is prompt to respond both with an estimate and in starting a project. His staff is courteous and he is very fair with his pricing. He gets back to you right away with any questions or concerns you might have during the process. We have used his company for 2 different projects because we have been so happy with the outcome of both our patio and our cement walkway and flagstone porch. His team does great work and finishes the job within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend JA & Sons.

Joel and his team have been a pleasure to work with; they have been very responsive and professional. Even when we decided mid-project to do some additional carpentry work, Joel arranged for his brother to come out right away and talk through the issue. Within a day I had multiple options on a proposal and they got right to work ordering and completing the project. This is the second time that we have used and J A and Sons Landscaping. Last Fall, the company resurfaced a hundred year old deck with red brick tile, built all new brick steps and custom rail and laid a flagstone walkway that is the talk of our friends and neighbors. A real work of art! The second job was tear down of a very old greenhouse with cinder block and brick walls ,piping and radiators. A bear of a job and our workers were still pleasant and cooperative.
The pricing is reasonable and the company goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. We are very pleased!

J A & Sons Landscaping recently did work in our backyard, clearing out a thick shrub area and old metal fence. After clearing the length of our backyard they put up a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. From my initial email contact and estimate that Joel provided through the work his crew completed I have nothing but good things to report. Joel was professional and friendly and the men who completed the job did great work. They worked fast and efficiently and our backyard looks great.
