It is not often I feel compelled to write a review but as I walked around my new neighborhood in The Settlement of Willow Grove, I was inspired to tell everyone what an amazing neighborhood it is. It's beauty is unsurpassed in my opinion and I have lived in both CCL and Bocage. The quality of the construction of my home and the others built by… Carmouche Construction is like none other --every detail is impeccable -- it's in a class by itself.
