I am Taunya Weddle, the Owner and Manager of TGW Painting & Services and previous Owner of Protect Painters of Folsom (Franchise). I have a background in Operations Management and feel this has been important in delivering positive experiences to our customers. I have strict attention to detail and do my best for each client.

Having completed the 3 estimates by 3 different companies we elected to choose TGW to paint our house. Of the 3 business TGW was the only one who listened to our preferences and did not attempt to guide us into choosing what would be easiest for them. Taunya worked with us in selecting the type of paint for the walls and ceiling explaining the effects each would have and the need for semi-gloss in our bathrooms and kitchen. She agreed to letting us choose the brand of paint we had researched and found had received high ratings. A date was set and met and we were given ample time to prep our house

Recently we had the pleasure of doing business with Taunya Weddle and TGW Painting. We wanted to paint the exterior of our house and reached out to 3 painters. One was unavailable and another never even responded. Taunya responded immediately and my wife and I were so impressed with her we booked immediately for September.

I hired TGW to paint the interior of our home. This included walls, ceilings, doors and kitchen cabinets. What I got was someone who helped me with SO much. Taunya was an invaluable problem solving partner. We had just had new floors put in and had hired other professionals to do living room built in cabinets and kitchen counter tops as well. Taunya's crew worked around the other professionals, ensured our new floors were not be damaged and were trustworthy. It was great working with Taunya! She is so friendly and VERY responsive via text. Her responsiveness was so appreciated. She also took a lot of time to help us choose an interior color. We can tell she's really invested in her work and cares about making sure her clients are happy! Her crew was extremely respectful and always announced themselves when showing up for the day and said goodbye when leaving. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. Ivan, Juan, and Benjamin were fantastic. I had 2 very minor requests for touch ups when the job was done, and Ivan made sure they were corrected immediately

I have to begin by saying, Taunya and her crew absolutely saved us and our home. We purchased our very first home and before moving all of our things in, we decided to install new flooring and have the interior painted. Unfortunately, the contractors we hired butchered our beautiful home. The flooring, baseboards and paint were left undone and the pieces that were completed were done poorly. Safe to say it was a nightmare considering we had to move in the following week. By the grace of God i hopped onto Yelp and TGW painting was the first company i decided to call. Taunya went above and beyond what we could have expected and my wife and I both felt like she was painting her own house with the attention to detail and care she brought to the painting of our home. Taunya and her crew of three painters did a fantastic job painting the interior of our house. They were super careful to tape off everything so that no accidental paint marks were made on any light fixtures or door handles. She recommended a special scuff resistant paint for the baseboards and doors that turned out great and will hold up a lot better in our house of 6 kids and a dog. I still can't believe that the interior doors look brand new! Her communication was excellent and the guys she had working on this painting project were very nice and hard working. Last month, TGW Painting did the exterior painting of our old house. While the end result looks good, the crew was late to arrive both days, which is a somewhat inconsiderate since we made sure to be up and have things ready at the early hour. Plus, the start date was moved twice. The pressure washing left my windows terribly spotty and should have been properly cleaned afterwards (in my opinion). For this medium-sized one-story house, the cost was $4000. I probably wouldn't recommend TGW to anyone.

Good communication and quality work. Taunya went above and beyond to work with us on our tight and changing timeline. When we found our flooring company to be incompetent, she stepped in and connected us with other contractors who saved us. Taunya and here crew are top notch! They just finished painting my kitchen including oak cabinets. They did a great job of communicating all through the process. The crew that did the work was exceptional. Ivan and Jesse were great to work with and treated my home with respect. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. (No easy feat) These guys paid attention to the details. I found the pricing competitive and maybe a bit lower than some of the other quotes I received. I'm going to have them back to do some more work and am going to send them to my mom's house for yet
