John Mike Shannon, contractor and owner of Quality Construction and Design, has been in the building and construction industry for over thirty years. Mike is licensed in Florida as a building contractor, and licensed in Mississippi as a residential builder. Quality Construction and Design, QCD, was established in 2001 to provide both residential and commercial building and remodeling services.
