This is one of my favorite vendor experiences. I needed new carpet for my bedroom and I went around the city looking at all the carpet shops to find what I wanted. Prosource had an incredible selection of carpeting and I was able to find exactly what I wanted. However, they never called me back to answer my padding questions. I started shopping around and stumbled upon the Carpet Shop. They quoted me a price for the same carpet that was remarkably less than any other place in town and provided me with several options for padding that would be appropriate. Matt was super easy to work with and helpful in helping me decide which carpets I wanted installed in my house. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted (and for a great price!). He genuinely wanted to make this transaction a great customer experience.
As a side note: The Carpet Shop stands by their masks required policy. All of their employees wear a mask and they politely ask customers to put one on when they enter the store. I really appreciate them doing what's in the best interest of others in the store.

We recently had our upstairs wall-to-wall carpet replaced and we visited several show rooms in Austin before finally deciding on the Carpet Stop. Ryan Boone, our sales associate, did an excellent job of providing important information for us to consider in selecting a new carpet. I was on a sales seminar recently and they asked us to think about a good sales experience. I didn't have to think too far back because Ryan nailed it. I had been shopping around at other retailers and was frustrated by the usual sales tactics and high prices. Then I remembered Carpet Stop and picked up the phone. We just had three bedrooms, two staircases, and a small home office re-carpeted by Carpet Stop. Great experience. Ryan, our sales person, was helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all, but provided us with all the info we needed to make an informed decision. When we dithered for a couple weeks over what color to choose, he appropriately followed up by phone to see if we had questions or had picked a color. I've done a lot of remodeling myself and I'm very picky and detail oriented. I decided not to do the install of my flooring on my own this time around. I worked with Matt and he was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly patient, and extremely accommodating. Always answered any questions and correspondence right away.

I called and visited at least 6 carpet stores prior to going with The Carpet Stop. The Carpet Stop not only has the best prices but their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I dealt with Ryan Boone and he is phenomenal. He was extremely responsive to my many questions about quality and cost. I told him what my priorities were and he was great in directing me to the perfect carpet for my needs. When I visited the showroom he spent a lot of time with me. The physical place isn't anything to brag about, but that show I like it. I'm sure you've figured out, when a retailer has a fancy showroom who is paying for it... (you and I). We received other quotes but are extremely happy with the service and quality of our new floors. Matt Y. was tremendous and kept us updated on the project throughout the process. The material supply chain was slow due to COVID but the results were outstanding. The install crew was on time, professional and took all precautions needed to do the work safely. We would recommend this complaining for your vinyl plank and laminate floor project.

We replaced all the tile flooring in our house with vinyl and 2 bathrooms with new tile, including the showers. It’s lovely to go back and revisit a business after several years and find that the products and service haven’t lost a beat. We had a small patch of carpet replaced seven years ago, and the owner waited on us, helped find the best option and price with the utmost respect for our time and budget.
This week we went back to replace another piece, and this time Gina helped us. She had great recommendations, assured us we would have the job completed as soon as we needed, and booked the whole thing in less than 20 minutes. We worked with Dylan at Carpet Stop to get new carpet for three bedrooms and new flooring in our bathroom. Dylan was very helpful in selecting carpets. Renaldo from Quality Flooring Install whose team did the installation was also very helpful in measuring and giving feedback about what choices made sense for our master bathroom. Gina is the bomb! I was dealing with Chase Flooring and it was a nightmare.... That was until Gina at The Carpet Stop swooped in and got me taken care of from selecting carpet, to completing the order in less than an hour - For less than HALF the price Chase was quoting me. I initially went to Home Depot for carpet, after being ignored on 2 different trips I decided to look elsewhere. I came into carpet stop and Gina offered her assistance to me. I've never purchased flooring before and she explained the process to me and helped me pick out some samples. She also helped me decide to go with a custom rug rather than carpet. She was able to have it done in under a week for a birthday gift and kept in great contact. Last summer we were updating our rental house with new flooring. We picked out a product at Carpet Stop and had it installed. About a month ago we noticed that a few of the planks were coming up, so we called and Carpet Stop sent one of their installers to check it out. He recommended that they replace the whole room because he noticed a few more planks. Carpet Stop ordered the product and installed in right away. Gina was such a huge help with the entire process. I walked in and didn't know what I wanted or really know anything about the carpet buying process. She asked me questions about my lifestyle and my color preferences. She easily helped me navigate through the many choices and I picked a beautiful, quality carpet that is so comfortable to walk on. The guy that came to do the initial measuring was Fernando from "Quality Flooring Installers" from our conversations at that time I was impressed with him. I requested from Gina if he was available I would prefer him, as he had seen the amount of furniture that had to be moved so there would be no surprises for him.
Fernando arrived with his crew of 3 and what a pleasant experience it turned out

This company is the best! They helped us through the flooring selection process. We decided to go with the Shaw Floorette LVP product.
The installation crew literally leveled the entire foundation before installing the LVP. It looks beautiful!!!
After installation, we found a high traffic spot that wasn't leveled. They came back an pulled up the flooring and re-leveled the floor and reinstalled the planks. There is a reason this company has been around for so many years and we personally know why now.

Had an awesome experience! Right when we entered the store my wife and I were greeted. Dustin was the gentleman who helped with our carpet and installation needs. Dustin is very knowledgeable and was very patient in our selection. At the time of this post there was a $40 deposit for home measurement on the quote for material (carpet and padding). The $40 was deducted from the total price! Labor was $255.32 contracted out to "T Garcia Carpets". Their installation technicians, Lorenzo and Abel are pros! They worked in unison and cleaned up everything! My wife and I give this whole carpet
