If you’re looking for someone to check your AC unit Air Advice is the way to go. They’re very professional Emmy arrive when they say they’re going to my slot time is between 10 AM and 2 PM and they arrived at 9:30 AM They came in and they check every single thing that could possibly be wrong and they make sure that but I understood exactly what they were doing it and why they were doing it. This is the second time that I’ve had them come out to my house and both times they were very very good and got the job done quick and fast

Waychoff serviced my AC today and discovered that Air Advice replaced the starting capacitors during the last service, and left the capacitors unsecured in the original paper box. This is reported to me as an electrical shock hazard, as roach and lizard bait, and as a potential catastrophic failure during essential need for reliability. Additionally, wires were found to be overheating and the installation melting on a switch relay.
The reason why I asked Waychoff to do this routine maintenance is because Air Advice quoted me $1,200 to install a smart thermostat, and that was just unreasonable

Kenneth serviced our AC unit today and did an amazing job. He was prompt, had great communication, and was very professional to say the least. He walked me through what was wrong with the unit and showed me which parts weren’t working. Also, He didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t necessary. All in all Kenneth did a great job and had the AC running in under 2 hours from start to finish!

My condensor run capacitor went out on the weekend. I called to ask if they would be willing to sell me one so that I could replace it myself. They found a service guy close to where I was and had me meet him. He sold me the part, I swapped it out and my hvac is back in service for under $100. They will definitely keep my business. Highly recommend these guys.
