Simply put, they were fantastic! Ken came promptly, was professional, and repaired my A/C when TWO other companies came and said they couldn't repair it. I wish I had called No Monkey first and saved myself a week of headaches and summer heat with no A/C. Going forward No Monkey Business is my go-to, and I recommend everyone else does the same.

I have had several A/C companies prior to using No Monkey Business and have been unhappy each time. Ken is truly a professional and knows his business! He diagnosed the issue and we had our new unit in a matter of a couple days. He takes his time to explain the diagnosis and was very helpful in resetting all the thermostats. Highly recommend this business!

My warranty company sent this company over to make repairs . they NEVER answer the phone during office hours.. technician that came out was very professional.. However, whoever the lady is in the office is beyond rude and unprofessional.. I've never been handled the way she just handled me like I was a child..
