Steven T. Mosites Sr. founded Mosites Construction Company in 1959. Ten years later, The Mosites Brothers expanded into real estate and established the Development Division. In 1959, after five years with MG, his son Steven T. Mosites Sr. recognized the opportunities in the general construction industry and founded Mosites Construction Company. One year later Donald Mosites, Steve's brother, joined the company. In 1969, The Mosites brothers ventured into real estate and established the Development Division.

They poured concrete all over my car when working on an overpass above the PA turnpike. Never once returned a phone call or email regarding this. Lack of concern for other people’s property, and I find it highly unprofessional that no one had the decency to return the call or email. I have photographs that I would be happy to share with you of my car as well as photos of YOUR lettered trucks and equipment at the scene. And the lady that answered my initial phone call (which you never returned) admitted to me that the spot I was on, you had a crew actively working. So you might want to get your
