Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business with confidence. Due to inaccurate advice regarding how soon I could move items into my place, a long imprint line was left on the kitchen section of my wood floors. I contacted the business owner to inform him of what happened. He first stated that the floor would require being re-done. He then pivoted to an approach that seemed to fix just the problem areas. I trusted whatever he recommended as the way to remedy the issue. That work was performed and when I came back to look at the work done, the condition of the floors were worse than the original

Well, they came when they said and refinished the floors. I only dealt with the teenage son and never met the subcontractor. They were the best price and could do it the next week. I didn't get anything in writing and I wasn't in the house. He charged extra for moving the furniture and said he couldn't get stains out of the wood, so of course more money. It was really dark, but ok. The floors look shiny and new. I live out of state and need the real estate agent to check on everything before I send him the rest of the money. Oh, boy he called and texted for his money. Jeez, he certainly didn't

I have called on PDW Floors multiple times over the years for projects that are challenging and often require creative solutions. So far they have refinished floors in several rooms and installed beautiful flooring in our family room. A couple years ago, they removed slate tiles which were cemented in our hallway and somehow found a way to replace them with high quality oak floors. The rep I spoke with could only come after 1pm, thereby taking 4 days longer to get a quote than other companies. On the day of our appointment, the rep called to push back our appointment by an hour. I sat at home and waited and he never came and never called. I called him 2 hours after our delayed appointment and he seemed surprised to hear my voice. The lack of professionalism in simply getting a quote here is unbelievable.
