Leo and Maria run an outstanding business. They came to our rescue to sand, refinish, and match colors through a vintage home where red oak flooring was of three different ages. Our house had had tenants and the floors had been degraded by the overuse of water in cleaning, and Leo and Maria did an incredible restoration job! Leo’s Custom Floors is truly a first class flooring installer and finisher. I’ve worked with many flooring contractors in the past, and Leo and his team are FAR ABOVE any others; I am really impressed. The price they charge is honest and fair for the quality of work, but most importantly, they are on time, clean, respectful of your house, very upfront with pricing, don’t try to upcharge you, or say that something is not their job to fix, and also finish the job on time. Trust me these are very important attributes; you want a good flooring contractor, you might find someone a bit cheaper
