We called Proficient Plumbing after our main water line blew on New Years Day and was pouring water into our front lawn. They sent Jimmy Kelly the same day we called and within a few hours it was fixed at a reasonable rate. We actually called a different plumber, who estimated $1,000 higher than what we paid with Jimmy. He went out of his way to show my husband the damage and was just phenomenal to work with. We are SO happy with the customer service, pricing, and efficiency. Could not recommend them more! Will be calling them next time we need a plumber!

We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel due to some plumbing problems and pretty major leaks when I called Proficient Plumbing. They were able to send someone out right away for a Free Estimate. Jose arrived on time and was very polite. He checked out each item on our long list that needed attention and emailed us an itemized estimate within a few hours (very reasonable prices). Rapid response to initial inquiry. Professional follow up text/phone calls to confirm scheduling and technician arrival status. Assigned plumber (Scott) was efficient, provided quality work and explained the work issues/tasks. Focused on completing the job, he even drove to a local HW store arriving 2 min before they closed to pick up a part to solve an unanticipated side issue. Would definitely use Proficient Plumbing again and recommend to others.

We have used Proficient plumbing a few times now for our cast iron baseboards and for a bathroom. They are all very professional, courteous and do good quality work. Paul always listens to what we are looking for and let's us know what will work best for the situation or alternative options. He communicates well, is down to earth and upfront about everything. The work is always completed on time and for a reasonable price. I wouldn't think to call anyone else and recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
