I had Charlie and Matt come out to my property to diagnose the reason why there was a consistent dripping noise.
They were able to tell me their thoughts behind it, and in order to test that theory they removed my vanity, cut a hole in the wall, and confirmed there was no leak and just the pipe rubbing against wood. They placed they vanity back which hid the hole and ultimately provided me with peace of mind.
They were consummate professionals and are a prime example of what world class customer service should be. I will definitely utilize MyGuy Plumbing again!

Charles Long was the plumber who did our multiple repairs and installed our sink. He was very thorough with estimate while going through each repair that was needed as we showed him all the problem areas in the house. He explained what needed to be done, showed us the damaged areas, where the leaks were coming from, and how the repair would be handled. He answered all our questions. Devin was very prompt and honest and upfront with regard to the repair. Was able to confirm that he was able to replace the pump and was back within the time frame that he gave us. Covered our floors with cloth from the door through our dining room and down through the basement to protect them from and dirt. Would definitely call them again if need and would request Devin if it is possible.

This company is very professional. The workers and the owner are extremely knowledgeable. Sean installed a 80 gallon water heater for me , the guy knows his stuff! He is a wealth of knowledge! He can answer any plumbing question you throw at him. He's smart friendly and does professional work. Gina and Jill who answer the phones were always polite and friendly and got back to me with setting up appointments and any questions I had about the job. They may not be the cheapest out there but if you want professional service I highly recommend this company.

My Guy Plumbing is always friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, honest and get the job done right. They always give you affordable and realistic options. This is my second review of My Guy Plumbing after using them for a few years now. I own zero social media and am not one to leave many reviews but they are worth taking the time out to do so!! Their office staff is always wonderful but especially when they kept me in the loop when he had an issue with our water heater and had to wait a bit for it. These guys are great. Came when we needed them and did quality work, giving helpful advice along the way, even on things not involved in the work. Had a broken pipe under house in the crawl space, tight area. Had other company come out and gave a price that was crazy. Said it's alot more because it's under the house. I told him to leave but thank you for coming and paid the 50 dollar service fee... didn't even look at pipe. I then called MY GUY and he came next day. Mike was the plumbers name. Very professional and extremely a nice guy. Talked to me like I was family. His price was 1/3 of the first companies price. No hidden charges or up sales. I'm in the home contracting business and this is how I treat my customers

So here is my understanding of the plumber's response: They DID give me three options: install sink in basement, install sink and lavatory, install sink, lavatory and toilet. But you can see that these are just the prices for the three items I needed installed.
I do appreciate that they have experienced plumbers that should get the job done efficiently. However, that should result in greater productivity, not higher prices.
But I will ask them for a bid on my next project. The owner called me and seemed like a very nice guy.

Myguy was recommended to me by my HVAC guy, and before calling I read reviews on google (why are almost all of the Yelp reviews filtered? They're not all fake, Yelp!) and looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website. Everything checked out and I gave them a call. Was told there was a fee for coming out to do the estimate but that it would be absorbed into the price if I ended up using them. Mike (and apprentice) showed up within 20 minutes of the text that announced they were on the way, so they were on time. They both were wearing 2 masks which I appreciated, and when they entered

We have a 65-year-old family house on Barnegat Bay. The original water line with a (2 1/2) feet below grade shut-off valve is still there in a 16" square pit.
The original valve started leaking about 4 years ago and no plumber wanted to touch it because of the limited workspace and age.
I saw the 5-star ratings for My Guy Plumbing and asked them to look at it. The plumber, Mike K and his assistant Jake showed up on time (!!) and spent almost an hour inspecting the situation and coming up with a plan to "break" the 65 year old connections between the valve and water line and prepare

My outdoor shower was broken and MyGuy pluming did an exceptional job from making the appt to finishing the job with top notch!!! When I called for an appt, they were booked completely but told me they will put me in for float ...Gina called back for opening in Friday afternoon!
