Fast service. I called the office and one of the girls said one of the repair guys will call me. About 20 minutes later Jose called and said "I will be there in 13 minutes" I think it was 5 minutes. He double checked everything to narrow down exactly what needed to be replaced. He got my 26 year old A/C working again. After he left he called me again to tell me to make sure I clean around my A/C unit for debris and old leaves. I thought that was very nice of him to call.

We received a flyer in the mail for a duct cleaning and we called and made an appointment. The man came and went to the furnace and cleaned it. He said we needed a new filter for an extra cost, fine. When he left our heat never went back on. We have been without heat for 24 hours. We called another company to check it out. Apparently he didn't put the wires back correctly. I should have checked reviews before booking. My fault, check Yelp. All 1 stars.

DO NOT CALL THEM!
They came to service my furnace as part of their $159 or $179 annual service contract, and I ended up paying $330. Not only they left my system with disconnected wires and basically out of commission, but they also said that i needed a new main board that cost $1851, or I could opt for a new furnace for $3200 since was mine was "10 years old already". They wanted half the money on the spot.
I reached out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction, and never heard back from him.
I ended up changing my ignitor myself ($15 on Amazon), and my main board is working perfectly
