After we`ve called Hot&Cold Air inc for the quote, we`ve got some advices how to improve what we already had + received couple quotes for the other options.
As a result - happy customer and cool Air during the summer)
Using them for the 2nd time for our new business location.
Always very responsive, on time, professional opinions how to reach our goals the best way possible with a reasonable prices. As a result - Heater + AC for our 1500 sq/f location.

I would recommend Hot Cold Air to everyone. I had to get a new furnace and AC unit and after getting several estimates, some that were so crazy, I went with Hot Cold Air because Victoria in the office was so nice and understanding, I couldn't go with anyone else. The technicians were awesome and very thorough. They went above and beyond what they had to do. I couldn't be happier.

I called this company to fix or replace our old AC. A technician came, work for no more than 15 minutes, charged $450 for two pieces, one of which did not changed, said he check the freeon, he didn't, and left. Few hours later, the AC was not cooling. The invoice did not specified the cost of each piece, and not taxes were included. I believe this company is fraudulent. We contacted, by email the company wit no response.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.

We used Hot Cold Air to replace our furnace and move water heater. Long story short -- they did not do a good job. As soon as they get your money you can forget about them. They are completely irresponsible, will lie to you, and NEVER show up to previously confirmed appointments. Avoid if you value your time.

I am so happy with their service. Our heater died on Sunday evening. Within 2 hours they came out to take a look and gave us 2 options: fixing it or replacing it. We decided to replace. Monday morning they were at my house putting in new heater. Very professional, reasonably priced, cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!

I would not recommend using this company!! My condo building used this company to disconnect and store our AC Units at a cost to us for the storage due to our balconies being refinished. Hot Cold Air came in disconnected the unit and put it in the hallway to them be put in there vans. The work on my balcony was not finished until well into the fall season so it was chilly out. They reinstalled the unit said that it was ready to go. Now several months later I got to turn on my AC on for the first time and it's just blowing air. I called the company to see if they could have someone come
