I would highly recommend using Master Mechanical! They take pride in the work they do. They show up on time, do the job, and clean up when they’re done. Over the last 15 years they have replaced my water heater, furnace and AC. There’s not a better pace in town!

We were recommended Master Mechanical by a friend whose condo building had used them for many years. We could not be more impressed. From my initial meeting to the final installation, Master Mechanical was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They provided equipment options at several price points without upselling equipment that I did not need or would not get pay back from. The installation crew was on time, friendly, and very mindful of keeping the house clean. They performed a neat, professional installation and answered any questions I had during the process. Scheduled same day service for HVAC repair- 1-2pm appointment- tech called and said they could show up at 10:40 instead. Arrived 20 mins earlier than that and had our AC repaired and running in 30 mins. Can’t ask for quicker service on a 95 degree day. Our tech Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. 5 stars for to Victor as well!

Master Mechanical is a wonderful company. We’ve used them for the last few years to tune up our heating system each fall. However they saved the day recently when our water heater broke. I had a service call completed within 24 hours and the new water heater installed 2 days later. They are prompt, efficient, and friendly when on call. Additionally, they went above and beyond during the installation to clean out our pipes leading to each sink which were somewhat clogged due to corrosion. I couldn’t recommend this company more!

This is our second time using Master Mechanical in the past 3 years. Both times they have been friendly, prompt and very honest. We have an AC unit that is close to 20 years old now and when we bought the house our inspector said you might wanna get this one charged its running a little low. Master Mechanical came out and said look if it ain't broke don't fix it, messing with a unit that old may well just kill it. Highly recommend Master Mechanical! They had someone out here within an hour of my call. Victor was professional and easy to talk to. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem (faulty thermostat). I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Charge was fair and reasonable.
