I recently was assigned this company to service my furnace through AHS. I have two units for a large home. They would only look at one-AHS said they should have looked at both as it's on my contract. Secondly, one unit needs to be replaced. It's approved thru AHS, however, this company says they have $1,600 in modifications that I would have to pay in addition to what the AHS is covering. Is this a joke? Sounds like a scam. It would have been more reasonable to say a couple hundred, but $1,600 is excessive. So now I need a new company to check my other heating unit because I do not trust their

American Home Shield assigned my air conditioning repair to this company and they have not contacted me, nor do they answer the phone. Their voicemail doesn't have the company name and references a completely different phone number. Their website says 24/7 customer service. That is a bit difficult when they don't answer the phone. Meanwhile, I'm dying of heat with a broken air conditioner.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! I agree with the last reviewer that the 5-star reviews are probably fake. These are the most unprofessional, unresponsive contractors I've ever worked with. Eugene came to my home and spoke with my wife. He told her that we needed a new furnace and he would contact our insurance (American Home Shield). He also said he would email me some pictures and an explanation of the problem. TWO WEEKS LATER I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I have been told Eugene will call me multiple times.
