A1 heating and air is by far the best heating and air company I've ever used. Everything about them is phenomenal. Quality of work, knowledge, punctuality and most importantly honesty. They truly give you the feeling of working with someone who cares and is not about trying to sell you something that is not necessary just trying to make the sale. Which is very rare to find now a days. We have used them serval times over the years for a couple little issues and now are on a annual service contract. A1 heating and air will be my one and only heating and air company for both my personal home and rental

A 1 Heating and Air is a long-standing professional business --they are most responsive to any calls to their company for emergency and maintenance services. They employ highly experienced HVAC professionals such as Ron, Sean, and the office is managed well by Cindy. They are a local company based in old town Bluffton, however, dispatch readily to the greater Beaufort County area, quickly responding to Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Okatie.
They provide great advice, as our last Carrier lasted over 20 years, and due to better SEER ratings and maintenance, we chose another Carrier unit with this company

I couldn't give this business any type of rating. It has to be the worst business establishment I have ever used. Our fist experience with them was about a year ago when we scheduled an appointment to fix our air handler. The owner and "helper" showed up at our home and I politely asked if they would mind wearing booties. We have two little children who play in the floor and carpet. I didn't think anything of it b/c most reputable service companies come to the door with them already on. The owner refused to wear the booties or remove his shoes and said that he wouldn't be fixing our air handler
