I was having trouble with the AC system. Humidity in the unit was higher than normal. The technician, Mike, was thorough and explained exactly what he found and how he repaired some leaks in the system that caused outside air to enter the unit. He also proposed actions that I could take to further improve the efficiency of the system. I highly recommend Ocean Air.

After an emergency with the AC a month ago, Ocean Air came at 9pm within 30 minutes after I called and took care of the issue in about 30 minutes. So I decided to use OACH for maintenance. James and Mark were very professional and efficient and very knowledgeable. The ease of communication with this company is the best and hard to find today. Highly recommend.

It doesn’t matter who you get, this is a team of professionals back to front. Their prices are fair as are their assessments. They’ll let you know exactly what’s going on but are great about not pressuring anyone into purchasing anything they don’t feel able to. Our HVAC unit is 20 years old and they are doing an outstanding job helping us get as much life as we can out of it. When the time comes, we will undoubtedly be using them to replace the system. Could not be happier with their service.

I needed to replace the zoning board on our AC system. I was very happy with Ocean Air’s responsiveness to my quote request and how quickly they were able to get someone out to do the job. Mitch, the technician, arrived on-time toward the very beginning of their arrival estimate. As always, he was very professional and communicated well in showing me items they would likely be performing at their next scheduled service visit. Invoicing was handled very efficiently online.

Excellent installation of new AC unit and new Furnace and ducting. The 3 service experts installed everything quickly. Removed the old AC and furnace. Installed a new base for AC unit. Left the area very clean and neat. Returned a week later to install a new thermostat and commission the installation. Very satisfied with how well everything runs and how quiet it all is! We were given good advice in choosing a unit and the all in price was good. Highly recommend this company. The service and installation guys are all great! Tim was on time and performed our semi-annual HVAC maintenance in a professional manner. He provided us with a detailed summary of his findings and explained what he had found.
