Gochnauer HVAC is THE BEST! We purchased a new home this year and they came out to inspect the AC unit for us. The technicians recommended an air purifier, they cleaned the unit and replaced the filters and grills on every vent in the house. Gochnauer also recommended another local company to have the ducts cleaned. We are so impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism this company provides. Definitely recommend! The unit performs much more efficiently since being cleaned! The difference is very noticeable!

I have been a Gochanuer customer for 10+ years. Always had a maintenance contract and only had to use it for repairs twice. A non-functioning system on a 100+ degree day is not fun. On both occasions they responded within a couple of hours, once after 8 pm. Techs are always well informed and polite. Front office is responsive and efficient. Gochnauer sets the standard for excellent customer service in this area.
