Installed new air handler and compressor, new ducts and new vents, plus made sure everything was working properly and fixed the motherboard when it wasn’t. Very pleased with what they did! Glad we used Farmer’s/Dyess’s.

Ryan did a great job of answering my questions and clarifying. He was very informative and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He did put back everything back in order took time to explain the issue and how he logically approached it.
I will come back and update the review after repair is complete. As far as the price they refused to take the cost for diagnostics even though the repair was going to be done by them. The price of refrigerant ($100/ lb while another charged $90) or any repair seem to non negotiable. That was a bit disappointing truly.

This company has changed names 3 times in the 12 years we have used them, Our service technician, Harry, has performed almost all of our maintenance. He is simply the very best. Harry is very professional, yet takes time to answer questions so we understand. I request Harry and recommend him for the technician of the decade. On the rare visit that Harry was running late for an appointment we were called to explain and then called again when Harry was on his way.
