Since then we have established ourselves as a preferred commercial flooring dealer in our region. This has mainly been accomplished by staying fully engaged in the installation process; the most important variable in our profession.
Projects ranging from less than 5,000 sq ft to well over 100,000 sq ft, we provide and install all types of carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic and stone for commercial applications. We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers, which include both General Contractors and End Users.
The education market segment encompasses K-12 schools and higher education in both the public and private sectors. Our serviceable area for KCDA is Central and Eastern Washington. We team up with specific manufacturing partners on school projects to ensure seamless accountability from production of the flooring through the installation process.
Including apartments, townhouses and condos, the flooring finishes we are using today have evolved greatly in recent years. More resilient finishes (luxury vinyl plank/wood) throughout living spaces in lieu of carpet has been the trend. This is a booming market segment at the moment making it more susceptible to unqualified contractors.
Our healthcare projects include most of the major hospital campuses in our region. As well as, all types of medical clinics, physical therapy and rehab clinics, assisted living and care facilities, and state run health institutions. More than any other market segment, products and installation skills specific to the healthcare industry are essential.
