Family Flooring

Had flooring installed about three months ago. Looks beautiful but noticed there feels like a little float or something in certain parts of the floor. Called to ask why and the “flooring experts” say they didn’t know why. Didn’t seem to concerned either. After making the sale and after installation nobody followed up to see how things went, to see if I was pleased or anything! Would definitely not recommend them.

Randy, Jeff and Their Contractor Joe worked with me after we uncovered a leak and helped monitor the moisture until the surface was ready for the flooring. The installer was fantastic and cared deeply about the quality of his work. I will be going back to them for additional flooring needs.

Kevin SOLD us on our carpet. He told us everything would be "perfect". "Our installers are the best around." He said 4 men would come out to do the job and it would be finished in 3 days. It'll be a "turn key" job he said. You won't have to worry about anything.
Installers Brett and Cliff showed up to the job on day 1. It was SO incredibly poorly… done with a HUGE mess left in our house that we called Kevin and complained immediately. Kevin reassured us it would be perfect. He asked that we let them finish the job and they will "fix any mistakes."

Beware! Our vinyl plank floor has separated in every room installed throughout our entire house. We called Jeff many times to come and fix and he has refused. Claiming it is moisture causing the separation. Totally bogus! Rich and his son installed our floor and even said the floor is jacked up and should be fixed, but Jeff refuses to fix it and do the right thing. Poor customer service!!! We looked at all the big box stores and none of them came close to Family Flooring’s selection! So happy we went there! Their customer service is outstanding and they took the time to understand our needs and recommend the best product! Glad we were able to buy local and find unique flooring our family will enjoy for many years!

Exactly the right place to fill your flooring needs! Family is the right word to describe it. We bought some high-end vinyl flooring to re-floor out kitchen. Following installation, it was apparent that there was trouble with the seam. The two sides did not fit together to make a smooth transition from one side to the other. The installer from Family came back several times and was unable to get it right; not his fault. He agreed there was a problem and it had to be the vinyl itself. Jeff at Family Flooring agreed and asked for photos to send to the manufacturer to support a claim to them for replacement

I saw this company advertised in my Next Door App with great reviews, and since I’m in the market for hardwood floors I checked it out. My young son and I visited during the evening of October 1st. There was a man inside who was on the phone. He did not acknowledge us at all. I walked the store looking for a possible match for the hardwood planks I walked in with. My son sat at the table with the man on the phone who still said nothing to us. Normally when a business owner or employee has a customer come in while on the phone, they will acknowledge their presence and say they’ll be with you

We had them match the flex room to the rest of the downstairs. They had my exsisting flooring in stock and came out just a few days after we called. It is perfect, seamless, you would never know there was carpet in that room. They worked very quickly and were very nice. We only had one hiccup and that was on us not them, but they fixed the situation and didn't charge us extra. I do want to apologize for that though. I appreciate the company working with us. I look forward to working with them again and will recommend to anyone.
