We had an amazing experience with the Floor Store of Hampton Roads. My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home and had many different types of flooring inside from the 80's that needed to be removed and replaced with LVP and carpet. Gregg went above and beyond to help us - he matched pricing and even came out to my place of work to show me samples and get things finalized.
He was quick to communicate and when our scheduled installers were taking too long (we originally were just going to use him for some of the flooring), he came through and took over to get things done quickly. They did

Our builder sent us here to pick out our floors; wood and carpet. We had them both installed and the wood was fine. Still is. The carpet started to bubble not long after installation so The Floor Store sent someone out to stretch it. A few months later there were bubbles again so we called them again and he sent someone out again. The next year I called the builder again and told him and he contacted the Floor Store and someone was sent again. We only have 3 people living in our house and my husband and I have the bedroom downstairs. The bubbling is mostly upstairs and has continued over and over
