Poor experience. Their ad states they offer free estimates. Absolutely NOT THE CASE. I stated I thought I needed a new cartridge in my shower. The technician unscrewed the handle to check it out. Stated I did need a new cartridge. After he gave me a price of $395, I thought was high and told him I think I will need to other bids, he says, well you owe me $89.00 for the work I did today. I say what work , all he did was remove the knob to determine the estimate. He says we'll that's what you owe. I called the office and told them all he did was unscrew the knob and she said the technician can charge

I was happy with the repipe but think they should also repair the holes in the dry wall.. most of the holes have to be squared up to patch them, pretty disappointing there..over all Rueben did a ok job but his apprentice needs more training on how to cut access holes..also they dropped a pipe and dented and chipped our tub in two spots..so far they are denying responsibility.. diffenately can not recommend them...I will never do business with them again!!!.

Sweetwater Plumbing has Ruben as a plumbing technician, he is the best, he is a pro, he knows what he is doing and straight to the point and get things done properly and quickly. I always ask for him every time I call Sweetwater plumbing.
My water bill went sky rocking. the water company called and suggest there might be a leak, I need a pro to detect a leak and Ruben found it.

We ended up not using Sweetwater Plumbing. The tech, Miguel Ruiz was very knowledgable and professional. He gave me his opinion on what the issues could be. However, he needed a camera to inspect the line and the camera was an additional charge. I had another plumber coming by and we ended up using them. Because of Miguel's professionalism, I would not hesitate to use Sweetwater Plumbing.

Our water heater was leaking and I called to see when someone was available. We had a technician at our house the next morning. Robert went above and beyond to get our new water heater installed in a timely manner and even helped my husband with some other plumbing questions while our old water heater was draining. I was happy with Installation, until the Plumber left & water was not working on my kitchen. This occur on a Friday, Unfortunately he couldn’t come back until Monday because he doesn’t work during those days. We contact the office & than he contact us back, he stated we got him in trouble. We only wanted our water to work, that was never our intention. I decided to contact another plumber to correct the issue & also work on another project. Quality & Service is everything to me. If you go with this company, have your plumber test everything before they leave.

I called Sweet water Plumbing to inspect my hot water heater. They send out a service Tech the same day. Young man comes in, inspects my heater for about 3 minutes & informs me that I will be needing a new water heater. He sends me the invoice & it's $1,975 for new heater & haul. I call another plumber & he arrives the next day & is able to diagnose, order parts & fix my water heater for under $500 ($300 for new gas valve with pilot assembly + $150 labor.)

Well I had a toilet that would wobble and wiggle. Thought I need a seal or a new toilet. Got other estimates before Sweetwater came by. Informed tech of the issues and he gave me 2 estimated prices both in my price range. RUBEN stated he had to remove the toilet to give me the correct quote. Removed toilet and it was lower prices so I jumped on it. Thanks for the quality work and fair pricing.

Oh also took the stopper out of the sink for me.

Called using Home Advisor to help with a leaky pipe. Response was immediate and arrived to quote/complete the project that same hour. We removed and replaced galvanized connection with gate valve shutoff that started dripping after being disturbed. Sweetwater plumber, Bobby, arrived to assess and give a quote In under an hour. Completed the job in short order with minimal interruption to our day. Work area was clean afterwards with no complaints. We will use Sweetwater plumbing again.

Called for help because we thought roots had hit the line again. Bob showed up and was fast at clearing it, unfortunate found more roots issues with the camera afterwards.

Price was the price quoted and the job was done in 40 minutes. I'd recommend them for simple things but as you know big jobs from companies can cost more than finding others to do the same for less.

So call them for simple work, Bob did a great job.
