We had used Hi-Desert Air for several years, first at our business, then at our home and were generally satisfied. But then their quality of service went downhill. On a call-back to fix something they failed at the first time, the repair tech impressed upon me that the next time they came out they would charge the regular service call rate. I said I understood. However, when the tech was finishing up he turned his back on me, putting his body between me and the copper tube he was working on so I could not see what he was doing. It was after he left that I saw what he did. He sabotaged my unit

We purchased a new roof swamp cooler 4 years ago. We just had our kitchen ceiling fall onto the floor in a 4 foot circumference. After removing the wet installation the hole that Hi Desert Air used to run the cords had not been finished off therefore acting like a big funnel for the water. Prior to this, we had been doing small roof repairs for water damage in other parts of the ceiling which would have been caused by this shoddy work. We will never use Hi Desert Air again. There was never the equivalent of a journeyman on the job and this is an expensive repair. They installed our original swamp

I got two Fujitsu units from Hi Desert Air. One didn't work properly and their team struggled to repair. They kept pushing me off and telling me the Fujitsu dealer would need to advise, and the Fujitsu dealer came out and didn't know how to fix the clicking sound either. This annoying dance went on for 12 months.
In the end, I ran out of time and called Diversified. The Diversified employee fixed the issue in 1 hour that Hi Desert couldn't fix.
I wish I would of purchased Mitsubishi, a bit more expensive but better brand.

Hi Desert Air installed a new Aerocool Trophy Series and removed my old outdated swamp cooler from my roof. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up everything inside and out. Donnie and the guys were very nice and very professional. The girls in The office were also very nice. Lance is the owner and gave me the original bid. He too is very professional. I couldn't be happier.

First of all let me say, they killed it... Larry showed up and assessed the problem. At first he said it could be $325 for a new motor, or just a simple service. So after 20 min of me sweating bullets worried I wasn't gonna have ac, Larry brought me back from this emotional rollercoaster. Fixed the problem, and now I can go back to enjoying ac. Plus, the price wasn't bad... at... all.

I was expecting the worst 'cause I could smell the electrical burn smell from the AC unit on the roof when I was on the ground. Great service on the phone and from the guys who came out to work on the unit. Didn't take long to do the fix and didn't cost as much as I was thinking it would. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great a experience with Hi Desert Air like the other reviewers that have used this company. First off, it is very difficult to contact someone to schedule an appointment. I sent them messages via Yelp and left voicemails. Their response time usually take 2 to 3 days. When you finally get to talk to a representative and schedule an appointment, they don't actually book your appointment and you end up waiting around for hours at home to find out no one is coming.

Absolutely the most amazing people ever. A husband and wife team and they work hard to make you a happy customer. I was with G & K Propane, they are the absolute worst people to work with. I was on a contract with them and due to a leak (you could smell it all over the yard), I ran out of propane 2 days after my payment. They would not bring me propane until my contract ran out??? They left me almost two weeks without propane, no stove and no hot water. I had to use electric skillets to heat my water and I am 76 years old. Was selling my house. The buyer wanted them to look at the cooler. No problem since he was paying. The came out and the cooler had issues. They ended up flooding the front porch when they rinsed out the cooler. For some reason the took the hose off from the faucet and they it was not like that when they went to use it. Cooler would not run. They turned it on, and with water turned on and left the house. Lucky the,house didn't burn down cause of the cooler having issues and then the porch ends up getting flooded cause theu didn't turn off the water going to the cooler before they left

These people are amazing, They have been super helpful in getting a new HVAC system installed in the heat of summer within two weeks of asking for it , and this is when other HVAC companies in town weren't even returning phone calls, or giving me two months lead time before they could do an install.
But most impressively, I had a swamp cooler leak that was even coming through my roof, and I called them 5 minutes before 5pm closing on a day they were short staffed and there next service opening wasnt for five days, but they asked if I have a normal ac unit as backup, and when i told them
