Services
Visit the building site and based on approved product and density targets, prepare a sketch plan for the layout of streets, lots, open space parking and buildings for maximum market appeal. Assist with community design objectives, including design guidelines for typical lot layouts, setbacks, garage placement and architectural styling.
Jim Wentling founded JAMES WENTLING/ARCHITECT in 1987 as a design practice dedicated to serving small and medium size home builders. Since that time, the firm has assisted builders in over 20 states. Residential products designed by the firm have been popular with buyers and have been recognized with design awards at the local, regional and national level.

Our small firm advantage guarantees a high level of personalized service and attention to every client and project. Extensive principal involvement is a hallmark of the practice.
The above prices are for plans that are suitable for pricing and construction purposes but are not code certied. Plans may be modied and certied by other licensed professionals or in some cases self-certication by individual owners/occupants is permitted. Our rm can provide code certied plans, or "stamped" plans for most eastern states, however costs will be approximately 2.5 times the PDF price noted above.
