If your looking for Change Orders this is your firm. This firm neither manages the design process nor their consultants. BKP's drawings lack detail and coordination and they will spend Construction Administration scrambling to fill in the blanks. At which time the contractor is only too happy to send you a bill. A Principal will spend a lot of face time on your project trying to make up for the drawings shortfalls and you will pay for them by the hour. Save yourself the heartache and choose another firm.

It's rare to find a firm like Buell-Kratzer and Powell, who is immune to the atrocious fads of design that plague the countless unproven upstarts that are as common in Philadelphia as parking tickets.
Our development investment group has used them since 1999 and have never looked back.
