I used this firm on three major, major for me, projects. One was a roofing contract on a condominium project and the second was the re siding of the same 31 unit project, with the replacement of all windows and some doors with products with a lifetime warranty. Four years later, when products began to fail, he informed us the subcontractors he used went out of business so any warranty was valueless. The third project was construction of a residence. Problems on the roofing project began shortly after completion and he addressed the issues for as long as they knew other projects were being planned
