The Quigleys have been making cool stuff in the Philadelphia area since they moved here in 1987. Tom Quigley and Lisa Perrone started a business building greenhouses on people's homes in Pennsauken, New Jersey. They were in business for more than 20 years. They then sold the greenhouse business, and got into general construction.
They started building homes, solar installations, and even windmills. Connor Quigley grew up on those job sites. Connor moved to Philadelphia in 2011. He worked at cabinet shops, built custom furniture, and ended up starting his own construction company. Since then Quigley Construction has been providing top shelf service to clients all over Philadelphia.

I had the pleasure of having a wonderful coffee table constructed by Mr. Quigley approximately three years ago. The unique style of multiple high quality wood pieces lathed together has been a focal point of my living space. Furthermore, it remains as elegant and beautiful as the day it was constructed, and has held up well to daily use and abuse. I would certainly contract this company for future projects both large and small.

Connor replaced sub flooring and hardwood flooring in my home to remediate termite damage. He was 100% professional through the the process, great communication, kept to his timeline and budget, was efficient, organized, and polite. The project came out perfect. We have peace of mind knowing the structural issues have been repaired and the new hardwood flooring looks great. I highly recommend Quigley construction and will call Connor first for my next home renovation.

I highly recommend Connor. He is an excellent contractor and a joy to work with. He helped me with small projects throughout my house, including (but not limited to): replacing floor boards, installing new glass in my skylight, fixing a broken ceiling joist, and repairing my front door. All of the work was quality. He is professional, reasonably priced, and communicative.

Connor was such a great resource to have as a brand new homeowner faced with way more than I had bargained for! After buying a new home that needed what I thought was just some cosmetic work, a coworker who lived in the neighborhood recommended Connor. I initially asked him to remove some ugly wall panelling and replace it with drywall, but it turned out when he removed the panelling there was major structural damage underneath. I really appreciated that Connor not only immediately let me know the extent of the damage and what it might take to fix it, but also told me that it was outside of his

Connor is a versatile contractor who has been able to help me with a diverse range of projects. From building beautiful custom made shelves to renovating my porch and other odds and ends jobs, he was a tremendous resource. Highly communicative, a good thought partner on how to approach a project, and attention to detail - all the things you'd want and sadly all too rare for contractors.
