My roof replacement went seamlessly! Ken provided a quick and thorough estimate, and had me on the schedule quickly, even through the challenges of the pandemic. Working with Ken at Rescue Roof was a fantastic experience. Our roof had a leak from a poorly flashed and sealed vent on the roof. We called Rescue Roof and they showed up the next day to diagnose the problem. The day after the inspection , they fixed the issue. There pricing was extremely fair as well. I had a great experience with Rescue Roofing fixing some old soil stacks on my home. The house is older, and the flashing around them had degraded and had begun leaking into our newly purchased house. Ken and his team were responsive, polite, and had totally reasonable pricing considering that this could have been considered an emergency repair and cost much more. When I had a minor issue after the repair was done (a shingle had cracked, which was not the fault of the employees), Ken sent the crew out right away before it could rain again. Our son and his fiancé returned home from the hospital after having a baby to find a roof leak in their main living room. We called Rescue Roof to take a look at the leak. Ken was prompt and professional when coming out to take a look. Very shortly after, his crew returned to complete the repairs. We are thrilled with the work, and are have already referred them to friends who are in the market for a new roof.

Rescue Roof did a great job of replacing the roof and skylight. Ken and his crew were very easy to work with. There were very few items to resolve from the replacement and they were taken care of quickly. Shortly before the roof replacement, Rescue Roof replaced the masonry on the chimney and sealed the brickwork. All the work done was done well. I highly recommend Rescue Roof.

One piece of shingle was blown off our roof due to the severe storm a few weeks ago. My husband and I called 3 roofing companies and no one came out to repair it even after promising of doing so. I'm not sure it's bc it's such a small job or what the reason is. Ken got back to me very promptly and took care of it within a few days. He was courteous and professional.
