We were listing our house for sale and Doug at Rosehill Roofing were responsive to some other issues that came up during our inspection. Instead of having to look for other professionals, we were able to complete all the work with Rosehill. The work was completed timely. Doug at Rosehill was early to meet the insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster who was very late over an hour arriving. Doug was positive and willing to wait and meet with him.

BEWARE, BEWARE.. THEY DON'T LIKE RETURNING CALLS AFTER THEY GET PAID.. They can't cut and measure...they tried to patch there mistakes and think its alright.. you complain and all they do is try to make the mistakes look better. But they refuse to fix them... i would highly recommend not calling them.

Everything about Doug and his crew was amazing. They were polite, professional, clean, and amazingly knowledgeable. Several other companies and inspectors could not diagnose the damage, and Doug and his crew found and fixed the problem all while keeping me sane as I built my escape ark. I would always recommend them, and I will always be their client.

Doug was contacted to fix a leak - after never responding to me, he sent two people over that he “had shown on google earth where the problem was.” It was not fixed. I let him know THAT DAY that the leak continued, no one came back out. Notified him again that we continued to have significant leaking and again, got no response or repair. The leak is now much worse and has caused a lot of damage. Would not recommend.

I would highly recommend this company!!! Mr. Devoll is such a kind man and was prompt to give a free estimate and answer all my questions. His roofers worked hard and were considerate of my elderly mother. Love the new roof!!!! They completely cleaned away all debris and hauled it away too. Quite pleased with the complete process and Rosehill Roofing!!!! Thanks so much!!!
